Only This, pg 24

We keep going back and forth between spirituality and physicality. We see the physical as the real world, as we consider spirituality to be a subject, an interest, unable to hold up when "life" gets in the way.

They must be brought together, as must all opposites. Opposites are the main way we keep our focus away from God, our Home. All is one, all is well. Our mind is so powerful, that we can and do, pretend we are not who we actually are.

The world we see is a demand. Truth is a blessing. Which do we want?

We choose constantly. We decide every second between spirit and "life", shadows or light. To bring these together is to bring illusions to truth, as A Course In Miracles teaches. There are no divisions. We were created by perfect Love in one Holy moment that has no past or future...how then can we become unholy, except in nightmares of being separated from our Holiness?

We remain as created; not static, but free, ever expanding and creating and living...but here is this tiny part of us that we projected, "living" its tiny days in this weird bulk, demanding autonomy even though it knows nothing except what it discovers along its demanding way.

Bring opposed points together, see which is real, and which disappears into the nothing from which it seemed to come. Lay these burdens down, show them to the Holy Spirit, God's perfect Thought that saved us from our belief in separation in the twinkling of an eye. Hide nothing from this Teacher, for He cannot compel us to come to Him. Such is our freedom. But in truth we came to Him in the same instant we were created...there is no past.

We already are saved from all dreams of tragedy: dark/light, up/down, the mind-numbing march of days into weeks into months...these hypnotize us, convince us we are bound to move slowly, plodding through atmosphere, taking so long just to get from one point in space to another, when in truth, we have but to think it, and we are there.

We are great, demanding to be little. Naturally, "great" does not cover it, but we must use words. It has been said that we are gods in chemical clothes. But we must go within, demonstrate to ourselves that it is so. We come as individuals, but also as one whole Son of God. Go within and find truth there. For seeking is finding, as giving is receiving.

Bring opposites together, see the oneness there, where only the truth is true...and nothing else can ever be true.
